The proposal is to rework the site of an existing garage in North London to introduce a new two bedroom home on the end of an existing terrace. The compact home looks to mediate between two dominant street facades, whilst also providing high quality accommodation and amenity space, in the form of an enclosed roof terrace that balances the sense of place with concerns around overlooking and privacy.
