The project looks at the introduction of a single new-build house on a three metre wide strip of land, formerly a scaffold yard, in East Dulwich.

Drawing reference from the context of local Victorian terraced houses, the narrow building has been carefully configured to ensure that there is a generous sense of space internally, and it pairs a rich, natural material palette with a highly environmentally performing envelope.

The project has been submitted for planning, and a decision is due shortly.
